Les Dames d'Escoffier Greater Madison Chapter The Greater Madison Chapter of LDEI was founded and incorporated in 2017. We support our communities through grants, scholarships and mentorship.

We represent the backbone of what makes the Wisconsin food scene so special and exceptionally different. We are a philanthropic organization of women leaders in the food, beverage and hospitality industries. Our membership is highly diversified and reflects the fields of contemporary gastronomy and hospitality. Our chapter is based out of Madison, WI.
