🚗✨ Calling all car enthusiasts and community supporters! Join us for an evening of cars, chicken, and community at Chick-fil-A Drexel Town Square!

Charity Car Show benefiting VetsNet. Come show off your ride or hang out as a spectator to support a great cause.

Date: Monday, September 21, 2026

Time: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Location: Chick-fil-A Drexel Town Square, 150 W Town Square Way, Oak Creek, WI 53154

Admission: Free for all spectators!

Car Entry: $5 minimum donation to enter a vehicle in the show. All event donations go directly to Wisconsin Veterans.

The American Legion Auxiliary’s 105th National Convention kicks off today in Louisville, Kentucky! 🇺🇸 ALA general session will begin Monday, Aug. 31, and continue through Wednesday, Sept. 2. This year will also include extra celebrations for the United States’ 250th birthday! 🎉

A few highlights of the week will include color guard and band contests, ALA national governing board meetings, a patriotic memorial service, our opening convention session, award presentations, and the installation of our 2026-2027 national officers. The national offices of president, vice president, national division vice presidents, chaplain, and historian will be elected by National Convention delegates on Wednesday and installed thereafter. 👏

When you hesitate to claim your veteran status, you risk navigating the civilian sector in isolation and leaving hard-earned educational, healthcare, and professional benefits on the table. At the Women Veterans Alliance, we are aggressively changing that narrative. Your service matters, your experience is an undeniable asset, and your community is waiting.
