Generation Yoga At Reverie Yoga, we come to our mats to intentionally encounter the Triune God.

As we seek to know Jesus and the life giving power of God, we find our thoughts transforming and our minds renewing to be like Jesus. We practice yoga as a physical discipline to refine the spiritual disciplines such as prayer, meditation, scripture study, fellowship, and worship. We do this so that we can more fully experience the joy, grace, love, and hope found in the presence of God.

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will.” Romans 12:2

“Let the same mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus,” Phil. 2:5
