United for Panama.

Héctor Carvalho, son of Manuel and Jackie Carvalho, was interviewed by the news media about the donation drive organized by Churrasqueira Bairrada in collaboration with the Panamanian Consulate and New York Yankees player José Caballero to support families affected by the devastating earthquake in Panama.

Through this initiative, they are collecting essential supplies, including hygiene products, baby food, and first aid kits, to help communities facing difficult circumstances.

The Carvalho Family Foundation is proud to highlight this effort, which reflects the power of solidarity, compassion, and the commitment of the Panamanian community abroad to stand with their homeland in times of need.

Héctor Carvalho, hijo de Manuel y Jackie Carvalho, fue entrevistado por los medios de comunicación sobre la campaña de recolección de donaciones organizada por Churrasqueira Bairrada, en colaboración con el Consulado de Panamá y el jugador de los Yankees de Nueva York, José Caballero, para apoyar a las familias afectadas por el devastador terremoto en Panamá.

UNITED FOR PANAMA

The October 9 earthquake (M7.5) hit Veraguas, Los Santos and Herrera hard. Roads are cut off, and many families are without power, water and the basics.

I’m supporting the Carvalho Family Foundation () and Chema Caballero y Familia (). Their team is on the ground in Panama, going to the affected areas and handing out supplies in person.

Culture and solidarity with a Portuguese heart in New York. 🇵🇹❤️🇺🇸

We are honored that the work of the Carvalho Family Foundation was highlighted in Milénio Stadium in an article by journalist Daniel Bastos.

Throughout the years, our Foundation has remained committed to strengthening connections within the Portuguese community, preserving our roots, and supporting initiatives focused on culture, education, and solidarity.

We believe that keeping our identity alive also means giving back, supporting others, and building bridges between Portugal and its diaspora. That is why we remain committed to ensuring that our roots, traditions, and values continue from one generation to the next.

Their performance was more than a musical presentation—it was a celebration of Portuguese heritage, tradition, and the values that unite generations and communities.

We sincerely thank these remarkable students for sharing their talent and helping strengthen the cultural ties that connect us all. The Foundation remains committed to supporting initiatives that promote culture, education, and community.

A Story of Service and Community ❤️
