Over the past few weeks we’ve had several community members and local businesses reach out asking how they can support MCF when they aren’t able to attend or volunteer at one of our events. We’ve shared different opportunities to lend a hand, but we know everyone’s availability looks different.

So, we are sharing another way you can support MCF and our events...

Whether you’re an individual, business, or organization, our sponsorship levels offer another opportunity to help us continue the work we’re doing in our community.

Listed below are the 4th Annual Friendsgiving sponsorship levels:

👑 Community Champion: $300
*Logo placed on event banner.
*Recognition on social media and website.
*Mention during event.

🪙 Neighborhood Sponsor: $150
*Logo displayed on shared sponsor event banner at the event.
*Social media acknowledgement.
*Mention during event.

🫶 Supporting Friend: $75
*Name listed on shared sponsor sign at event.
*Mention during event.
*Social media "Thank You" post.

🥰 Friends of Friendsgiving: $25
*Name listed in shared "Thank You" post on social media.

In-Kind Donations:
🏡 We are also accepting in-kind donations of food, beverages, supplies, and raffle items.

FRIENDSGIVING VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION
Friendsgiving is coming up, and we need our community to help make it happen!

We’ll be holding another Volunteer Orientation on October 18th from 4–5 PM at Logan's Place in Mineola for everyone who wants to be involved. We’ll go over the different volunteer opportunities, what to expect, and how you can help before, during, and after Friendsgiving.

CAN’T MAKE ORIENTATION? THAT’S OKAY!
There are still SO many ways you can help!

🧡 BEFORE FRIENDSGIVING

📌 Hang Flyers – Help us spread the word around town.
🎁 Gather Door Prizes – Reach out to local businesses and community members for gift cards, prizes, and donations.
🥫 Collect Food & Ingredients – Help us gather the food and supplies needed to prepare Friendsgiving meals.
🛒 Pick Up Donations – Help transport donated food and supplies to our cooking location.
📣 Spread the Word – Share our posts and invite friends, family, churches, businesses, and organizations to get involved.

🍽️ DURING FRIENDSGIVING

🚗 MEAL DELIVERY DRIVERS NEEDED!
This is a BIG one! We need people who can help deliver Friendsgiving meals to community members during the event. If you have a vehicle and can make deliveries, we need you!

🧹 AFTER FRIENDSGIVING

🚨 CLEANUP CREW NEEDED!
The work isn't finished when the last meal goes out. We need volunteers who can stay afterward to help clean, pack up, organize supplies, take down decorations, and leave our space better than we found it. Help us sort leftover supplies and prepare everything for storage.

Every job matters. Whether you can donate food, collect a door prize, hang a flyer, make deliveries, wash dishes, or help clean up, you're helping us feed our community.

And if you can't make orientation, don't let that stop you from volunteering!

We are gearing up for our Friendsgiving Meal and we'd love to have your help.
