🏆 What an incredible tournament!
Our annual youth wrestling tournament was a success, and it truly takes a village to make it happen. We are so grateful for every single person who gave their time and energy to make this night special for our young wrestlers. 💛
👏 A massive thank you to our high school wrestlers for stepping up to officiate and run the tables — your leadership did not go unnoticed!

To the Coaches (Coach Kyle, Coach Anlynn, Coach Ostrum) who gave up their Friday evening to coach the up-and-coming wrestlers.

⭐ And to the Reed kids — thank you for helping from set up to clean-up, getting every wrestler checked in, and coaching throughout the evening. You wore a lot of hats and wore them all well!

Finally, thank you to the Parents who got their kids to compete in the oldest and greatest sport!

This tournament doesn't happen without each and every one of you. We are so lucky to have such a dedicated, hardworking community behind this program. Here's to another great one! 🙌

📣 Wrestling Schedule Update!
Tuesday, March 24th
🕡 6:30 PM — Singlet & shoe check-in, t-shirt handout, and team pictures for all ages!
🕖 7:00–8:00 PM — Practice for any wrestler planning to continue competing over the next couple of weeks. All ages and genders will practice together in the Boys' Wrestling Room.
Additional Practice Dates:
📅 March 26 | March 31 | April 2
⏰ 6:30–8:00 PM · Boys' Wrestling Room · All ages & genders

If you plan to continue wrestling this season and would like to keep practicing, please let Coach Reed, Coach Heath, or Coach Wragge know! Practices will only be held if wrestlers sign up — so don't forget to reach out! 💪

Thanks so much to everyone that stepped up and made another successful 2026 Minden Wrestling Club Tournament a success! Special thanks to all the High School and Middle school kids that helped wherever was needed! And as always a HUGE shout out to Coach Lige Reed for literally making this happen!

•🤼•💜•This was a bittersweet tournament after 15 years Kyle and (Jess) aka Mama Heath are passing it on to the next generation! We have loved watching these kids grow over the years and we pray that the community continues to help grow our wrestling program from the Littles to the Bigs! The Club is very involved in our High School program and we just Pray that bond continues. We have seen it first hand if you stick with youth sports you can only be successful in highschool. This sport goes on way beyond high school, it will teach your kids self respect & control, mental and emotional toughness, and discipline that you need to live in the world we're in now so keep your babies wrestling. We have one more year of High School Wrestling and our wrestling chapter will end ..well until our grandsons anyways😜💜. We wish The Wragge , Turecek , and (hopefully Hoyt s 😁) and everyone else the best of luck as they take this adventure on! We want to thank all the parents and kiddos for the life experiences we had! 💜Kyle & Mama Heath!!

This Friday evening is the Minden Wrestling Club Youth Tournament. Be sure to register your wrestlers by Thursday to ensure they get in. We will NOT take late or walk-in registrations.

There are Girls' divisions for each Grade Group on the registration page.

•••Also need to shout out to the rest of the team great season by all!!! We battled lots of injuries/sickness but you all kept cheering one another on! Losses and Injuries don't define who you are they build you to the man you want to be💜 come back bigger and better next year!!!
