Carson City is conducting a survey on the usage of electric bicycles and other devices on roads, bike lanes, trails and other pathways. The survey is open through September 7, 2026 and takes only a few minutes to complete.

We're FLUSHED with joy after last month's Spoker Ride! 🃏

We're so thankful for our sponsors, vendors, and participants who went ALL IN to make this event possible. We had 67 participants who ranged from ages 6 to 65, bringing a wide variety go people together to support our local trails ♥️♠️

One of the biggest perks to becoming a CVTA member are exclusive invites to events where you can connect with other nature lovers in the community!

Last month, we held a series of hikes along the Clear Creek Trail where an enthusiastic group of CVTA members hiked from Spooner Summit to Cliff Rock and back for a total of 10+ miles and 1,000’ of ascent.

Staying alert is key to trail safety.

When you have headphones playing loud in both ears, you're turning off one of your senses, tuning out other trail users or even potential dangers.

Bone conduction headphones (like Shokz brand) are another great option where you can still listen to your music, podcast, or audiobook without tuning out the world around you.
