To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month, our programs hosted spirit weeks, encouraged movement and wellness activities, hosted guest speakers, and created spaces for open conversations around mental health.
We are continuing the work toward improving everyone’s mental health from students and staff to anyone who may need connection or support.
We are here to remind you that you’re not alone. Together, we will continue raising awareness, reducing stigma, and advocating for mental health and mental health treatment.
