Academic Community Enrichment, ACE, is a Christ centered program building excellence in education.

Academic Community Enrichment (ACE) is one day a week (Tuesday) for most classes (some heavier academic classes are T/Th and several Fine Arts are on Thursdays) where we try to put as many classes together as possible. By doing so, we hope there will be less running around during the week, as well as provide a great opportunity to build friendships. We strive to provide each parent with encouragem

ent, fellowship, information, and activities. ACE desires to glorify God by serving one another, working together, as one body with love, and drawing our direction and strength from our Lord Jesus Christ.

📚 We're Hiring! Secondary History Teacher (Grades 6–12)
Location: Mims, FL

Are you passionate about history and ready to make a lasting impact on the next generation of thinkers and leaders? ACE is a small but vibrant Christian school dedicated to academic excellence, character development, and a Christ-centered worldview. We are currently seeking a dedicated and engaging Secondary History Teacher to join our dynamic team for the upcoming school year.

What You’ll Do:

Teach middle and high school history courses (specific grade levels to be determined based on experience and need)

Integrate a biblical worldview into lessons on world, U.S., and Florida history

Lead discussions, projects, and hands-on activities that bring history to life

Create a classroom culture of respect, curiosity, and critical thinking

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in History, Education, or a related field (required)

Teaching experience preferred, but not required—new teachers with a strong calling are encouraged to apply

A heart for Christian education and discipleship

Strong classroom management skills and a passion for student success

Willingness to work collaboratively with parents and staff in a supportive community

Mwangala Lindunda
Mwangala is dedicated. She puts her all into everything she does. She is
adventurous and fun. Mwangala has danced since she was 3 years old and has become advanced in tap, hip-hop, lyrical, jazz, ballet, and pointe. She has been a part of the choir. She has also worked at Publix throughout the last two years. Her last year of high school she has been dual enrolled at Eastern Florida State College. She plans to finish her AA degree there and go on to a four-year college to complete a degree in Kinesiology.

Julia Robin Cheri Moon

Julia started life in California but considers herself a Florida girl. Julia joined
homeschooling with her brother in 2012. In her 12 years with ACE, Julia has enjoyed
being involved in drama plays, becoming a 2nd degree black belt, and participating for 4 years of local city council through SAC, all while maintaining excellence in her academic studies. Most importantly along the way, Julia has become a believer in Jesus Christ. God has drawn her and changed her along this journey. Julia plans to attend cosmetology school and serve in her local church.

Lisulo Lindunda

Lisulo has a strong work ethic. Friends, family and even teachers can count on him. He
has a strong sense of right and wrong and cannot be swayed in his convictions.
Lisulo has been in theater throughout his middle and high school career. He has also
been a part of the choir. Outside of school he does jiu jitsu and works at Publix. He
plans to study to become an air traffic controller after graduation.
