Tonight’s Rex Putnam feeder school 44th Annual Spring Sing Showcase was such a beautiful reminder of what music does for a community 💛
Our 5th grade VAE Vikings represented our school so proudly, and it was so special to see them on stage alongside and student performers—stepping into a tradition that has connected our community for decades.
A huge thank you to 5th grade teacher Mrs. Dyer, who stepped in to support these students with a constant smile, encouragement, and heart all night long as Mrs. Eason is on Maternity leave (as announced this evening).
Moments like this don’t happen without educators who pour so much of themselves into our kids.
There is something incredibly powerful about watching students find their voice—together.
Nights like this remind us that music builds confidence, belonging, and connection across generations.
