Weathered Hands a Portland, Oregon based 501(c)3, whose primary goal is to Keep Portland Warm. There are over 4,000 documented homeless people in the Portland area the demand on local shelters is at an all-time high, we've set a very ambitious goal of gathering over 3,000 pairs of new socks, new hats, new gloves and non-perishable food items to create and distribute these care packages this year o
