The PTA affords parents the opportunity to remain active participants in their children’s education. Parents are encouraged to become members of the PTA for a small fee;stay tuned for details at the start of each school year. All parents are invited to our monthly PTA meetings, the first Wednesday of each month during the school year, 6:00 p.m. The PTA sponsors several events and initiatives throu
ghout the school year, including: Book Fair (fall and spring), Fall Harvest Dance, fall fundraiser, door prizes for the AAL Holiday Program, a holiday gift for students, Valentine Dance, Teacher Appreciation Luncheon (May), AAL's annual carnival (June), Fifth-grade Completion autograph books and pens.
