Defining DIVA Sisterhood is a movement to empower, and inspire women and girls. It is our purpose to have a positive impact on others and our communities, through continuous service, mentoring, volunteering and networking. The purpose of our sisterhood is to unite women of like-minds, to empower each other, share knowledge, provide encouragement, network, and BE the change we wish to see.

The DIVAS and Friends proudly volunteered at the 2026 Annual Walk to End Lupus, and what an incredible experience it was.

For 12 years, we have remained committed to showing up for a cause that impacts so many lives, and this year’s turnout was absolutely amazing. Seeing the community come together in support, awareness, and hope was truly inspiring.

As a Sisterhood, we believe in being more than a social group—we believe in making an impact, serving our community, and standing together for causes that matter.

To the lupus survivors bravely fighting each day, we see your strength, your resilience, and your courage. Your journey is not easy, yet you continue to rise with grace and determination in the face of so many unseen battles- Today and every day, we stand with you, support you, and honor your fight.

And to the families who have experienced the heartbreaking loss of a loved one to Lupus, our hearts are with you. Their stories continue to inspire awareness, compassion, and the ongoing fight for a cure.

May we continue to walk in hope, advocate for awareness, and uplift every life touched by lupus.

Thank you to everyone who walked, volunteered, supported, and helped make today meaningful.

🌸 Happy Mother’s Day 🌸

Today we celebrate the women whose love has shaped generations. The mothers, grandmothers, bonus moms, spiritual mothers, aunties, and mother figures who pour endlessly into the people they love.

Motherhood is more than biology—it’s nurturing, sacrificing, teaching, protecting, praying, encouraging, and loving even on the hard days.

To every woman carrying the title of “Mom” in any form… thank you. 🩷

And today, we also hold space for the women for whom this day may feel heavy:
• those grieving their mothers
• mothers grieving their children
• women longing to become mothers
• women healing from complicated mother-daughter relationships

May today be filled with grace, love, comfort, and gentle moments.

Every mother deserves to feel safe, seen, heard, and supported—yet for Black mothers, the journey into motherhood often comes with disparities that cannot be ignored.

This week, we honor the strength, resilience, and beauty of Black motherhood while also bringing awareness to the importance of equitable care, advocacy, and support.

DIVAS wear BLUE too!💙🧩

This month, the DIVAS came together with intention to recognize and bring awareness to two important causes observed in April—Autism Awareness 🧩 and Sexual Assault Awareness 💙.

We created space not only to gather, but to learn, reflect, and uplift—reminding ourselves of the importance of compassion, understanding, and advocacy within our communities.

🧩 We stand for inclusion, patience, and embracing differences.
đź’™ We stand for awareness, support, and giving a voice to the unheard.

Moments like these remind us that sisterhood is more than connection—it’s about impact, education, and standing together for something greater.

We are proud to use our platform to spread awareness, support others, and continue growing as women who lead with both heart and purpose.

Autism is not something to be “fixed”—it is a different way of experiencing the world. A world that becomes more beautiful when we choose to embrace, include, and uplift one another.
