Join us for an evening of autumn fun, games, and community connection hosted by Next Generation Youth & Family Center! Whether you're coming to enjoy family activities or connect with local programs, there’s something for everyone.

🗓 When: Friday, September 18th, 2026 | 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

📍 Where: 6100 N 42nd Street, Milwaukee, WI 53209

🎟 Admission: FREE & open to all families! There will be fees for some activities or items from vendors

📢 Calling Local Vendors & Community Resources! We are filling our gymnasium with resource tables and local vendor booths! If your organization or business would like to set up a table to support and connect with neighborhood families, reserve your space today.

Another meaningful event hosted at Next Generation Youth & Family Center. ❤️🖤

This past weekend, our gym was transformed into a warm and beautiful space for a family to gather, reflect, celebrate life, and support one another during a difficult time.

Through our in-house collaboration with Milestone Events & Decor Rentals, every detail of this repass was thoughtfully taken care of—from the centerpieces and table linens to balloons, custom backdrops, tablescapes, and more.

We understand that when a family is grieving, the last thing they should have to worry about is whether every detail of their gathering will come together. Our goal is to provide a space where families can place their trust in us and our event partners, allowing them to focus on what truly matters: being together, honoring their loved one, and finding comfort in family and community.

The sentimental atmosphere created for this family was a beautiful reminder that our facility is more than just a building. It is a place where our community can gather for all of life’s moments—including the ones that require a little extra care, compassion, and love.

We offer AM & PM transportation to many local schools, plus direct center stops for Hawthorne, Carson, & Milwaukee Excellence bus routes!

If your school has a bus service children can be picked up and dropped off at the center that is also an option if your school provides bus service.
Currently Hawthorne, Carson, and Milwaukee Excellence have busses to the center

Next Generation Cares is looking for a dedicated and passionate K4 Teacher to join our team! 🍎✨

Requirements:
Must hold an Associate Degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
A heart for working with young learners and helping them build a strong foundation for success!
If you or someone you know is a great fit, we’d love to hear from you!

Classroom will consist of 13 children Ages 3-4 fully potty trained. Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm

Today, they dressed for success and completed mock interviews for their dream jobs—and as you can see, every single one of them got hired! 🎉 From crafting business plans to mastering professional skills, these young leaders are ready to take on the world.

Bus ride, big views, and continuous smiles! 🚌✨
Our field trip to Chicago was a huge success! From exploring the interactive exhibits and artwork at the Obama Presidential Center to burning off energy on the playground and enjoying a delicious park cookout, our youth had an absolute blast.

Moments like these—learning beyond the classroom, building friendships, and creating lifelong memories—are what it’s all about! 🧠❤️
