I Care 4 Rare Foundation, Inc. What is i Care for Rare? i Care for Rare is a 501(c)(3) organization established to help bring awareness and advocacy to Rare Chromosome Disorders.

Did you know 1 in every 200 babies are affected by this disorder; and yet there is little or no information or support. The i Care for Rare Awareness Campaign will focus on improving the quality of life for the children that are diagnosed. Through research and advocacy there is very little if any resources dedicated to this disorder. The effects of this disorder can range from lifelong symptoms to

the devastation of a loss. This campaign will help raise awareness to rare chromosome disorders and the changes that will derive from it. As a parent of two children and now a grandson who was diagnosed at birth, I am very aware of the medicines, surgeries, and the effects of these disorders. I have interacted with doctors, nurses, and administration staff all to no avail of provisioning of resources or assistance.
