The last couple weeks have been absolutely amazing. Pics to follow in the next weeks. God has been so so good in meeting needs at Emmanuel, for us and our community. We had bags and bags of backpacks to give away tomorrow at the outreach to our community. Kids will proudly go back to school with beautiful (cool) backpacks.

We also sent out our newsletter a couple weeks ago and God moved His people to give us all the things we mentioned. A number of appliances, brand new, and all of the items that we use for our Tuesday and Thursday community dinner and Bible study. Along with 10 cases of water.

We were all speechless. To God be the glory. “According to HIS riches in glory.” Thank you to all the vessels that God used to meet every need.

We had an incredible dinner by one of our men at Emmanuel dinner and Bible Study tonight was great. Chicken tostadas were absolutely amazing. They tasted like we were sitting in a fancy Mexican restaurant. Thank you, Laz. And Matthew for all the help you gave him. We had roughly 35 meals tonight. God has been so good for these dinner and Bible Study nights. Tonight we talked about quiet courage. Quite a discussion. Sure, do love these people.

Incredible Dinner and Bible Study tonight. Dave Sobelman blessed us with Cheeseburgers and all the fixins. Great Word from Pastor Rob. And we celebrated two birthdays also. Tony and Larry were honored with cake for all. We were just marveling tonight at how these Tuesday and Thursday nights continue to grow. Just a year ago we had six or eight people, and now we’re running between 30 and 40 each night. God is moving at Emmanuel MKE. To him be the glory.
