What a joy to celebrate two of our extraordinary Pearl Sisters! 💕

Earlier this month, Epsilon Kappa Omega gathered to honor Pearl Sister Jenelle Elder-Green and Pearl Sister A.F. Jacqueline Coleman for their 90th birthdays. Surrounded by sisterly love, laughter, and heartfelt wishes, we celebrated two remarkable women whose lives, leadership, and legacy continue to inspire us all.

💕 Wear Pink. 💚 Spend Green. ✊🏾 Buy Black.

This June, Epsilon Kappa Omega is challenging the Milwaukee community to intentionally support Black-owned businesses and track the dollars you spend throughout the month.

Every purchase is an investment in our community. Every dollar spent helps create opportunities, strengthen businesses, build generational wealth, and support the entrepreneurs who pour back into our neighborhoods.

Whether you’re dining at a Black-owned restaurant, purchasing products from a local retailer, booking a service, or sharing a business with friends and family, your support makes a difference.

Drop your favorite Milwaukee-area Black-owned businesses in the comments!

It’s graduation season!

From campus to community. From undergraduate to graduate. From one chapter home to the next. 🩷💚

At our recent May Joint Chapter meeting, we had the honor of celebrating our undergraduate sisters with a Chapter Signing Day, as they officially marked a new season, preparing to transfer their membership and continue their Alpha Kappa Alpha journey beyond graduation.

We celebrate not just their commitment, but a legacy continued, leadership elevated, and sisterhood strengthened. The future is bright, and we cannot wait to watch these phenomenal women continue to soar.

Congrats, grads!

Smiles were brighter after “An Oral Hygiene Affair” presented by our GenNEXT Committee. 🦷✨

This experience brought together our members for an afternoon of meaningful conversations, and a little friendly competition with oral health trivia, because learning should always be this fun!

A special thank you to our panelists, Dr. Timolin Boyd, Dr. Octavia Sampson, and Dr. Dakidra Johnson, for pouring into us and sharing such valuable gems. Your expertise made all the difference!

✨ An unforgettable evening of artistry, excellence, and cultural expression!

Last week, members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Epsilon Kappa Omega Chapter were proud to once again support the incredible performance by the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater(). We were especially delighted to cheer on James Gilmer, nephew of our beloved Sister Jill Gilmer, who graced the stage among the evening’s featured dancers.

Moments like these remind us of the importance of celebrating the arts, uplifting our communities, and honoring the next generation of excellence. 💗💚
