As part of our commitment to supporting health and wellness in the community, our CTS team hosted a Lifelong Gardening educational session.

The session covered simple techniques, helpful tools, and injury-prevention tips to help gardeners continue doing what they love.
It was a wonderful afternoon of learning, discussion, and shared experiences.

Thank you to all who joined us for this community learning event, and special recognition to our therapy team for their outstanding presentation and valuable insights.
