What a day we had. The last day of February we spent the day creating our “I Am Black Presence” project where we wrote a piece that describes our character in this present day and how we will leave a footprint in the earth as a positive influence for Black History. Some struggled while others while others thrived but we all worked together to get it done. I wholeheartedly enjoy being able to be apart of these young ladies lives.
