Center Street Pulse Center Street Pulse: Helping to keep the community informed... In order to make changes, we must start a push towards a better quality of life.

Once a month, we at Center Street Pulse highlights problematic issues affecting the Center Street communities. By doing so, we hope to challenge the people from within to start working together to stop these annoyances. Remember, a rock will not move unless it is pushed by a force. People, lets be the force behind the changes we want.

Earn some green while exploring green careers. If you're 14 to 21 years old and live in Sherman Park, Lindsay Heights or Harambee, you can earn a stipend of $15 an hour while gaining hands-on experience in nature-based solutions and community outreach. Apply to join the Greening Congregations Initiative Youth Corps. No prior experience is required. But hurry! Monday, May 4, is the deadline to apply.
