You’re invited to settle into a most comfortable, supportive position as you are immersed in resonant tones of Tibetan + Quartz crystal singing bowls, elements koshi chimes, a steel tongue drum, and other soothing instruments. 😴💫

𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞 𝗬𝗢𝗨 to everyone who joined us for a Sound Bath Meditation in the beautiful lower level of the Pleasant Prairie History Museum! 🙏🎶

It was a truly magical evening of frequency, vibration, and connection. I'm so incredibly grateful to each of you who dedicated an hour to unwind, reset, and pour back into your own well-being. The collective energy in the room was pure peace.

A special, heartfelt thank you to Raelene Pinon 🪷 of 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗼𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 for opening the door to her wonderful community and to Glenda McFall 💗 for the introduction making this collaboration possible. Sharing zen with you all was an absolute honor.

Monthly sound baths at the have been amazing. 🥰 It’s delightful to bring these workshops to a new audience and receive such a warm welcome. Feedback from attendees has been extremely heartwarming and inspiring.

A sound bath isn’t just about listening to music… it’s a full-body immersion in therapeutic frequencies. By utilizing quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and koshi chimes, these sessions help shift our brains from a state of “do-mode” into deep relaxation. Benefits include reduced cortisol levels, improved sleep quality, and a profound sense of mental clarity that lingers long after the last note fades.

A huge thank you to River Place Lofts for inviting me to hold space and provide a restorative sound bath for your wonderful residents. It was an absolute joy to share this experience in such a beautiful community! 🕉️🙏🏻🎶
