PEARLS for Teen Girls We believe that every girl is precious, unique and has the potential to succeed, no matter what.

PEARLS is a unique leadership development program serving girls middle school through high school, and beyond, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We empower girls to live out the PEARLS values: Personal Responsibility, Empathy, Awareness, Respect, Leadership and Support.

Before she became PEARLS’ Brand Design Specialist, Bee was a young artist selling commissions online at twelve years old and spending hours sketching original characters.

Today, she still protects creativity and mentors our girls to foster and embrace theirs.

This award recognizes an active PEARLS girl who exemplifies the PEARLS attributes and lives them out in her daily life. The recipient will be awarded a $1,000 scholarship. Candidates applying for PEARLS Girl of the Year MUST be in attendance at Closing Ceremony (6/10) to win.

Set Up Volunteers
