Our hearts (and paws) are so incredibly full today!

Yesterday was a whirlwind, but your Chained Dogs MKE crew had the absolute best time hanging out with you all.

​A massive, heartfelt THANK YOU to every single person who stopped by to see us, bought merchandise, dropped a donation in our buckets, or just came by to chat about our mission!

​We also want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing hosts who made yesterday possible:

Happy Saturday, Milwaukee!

Chained Dogs Mke Inc crew is pulling double duty today, May 30th, and we would absolutely love to see you!

We are officially hitting up TWO amazing community events this afternoon, so pick your favorite spot (or hit up both!) and come support local rescue:

​🍻 Event 1: Bow-Wow Brau: Raise a Pint for Rescue
​⏰ Time: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
​📍 Where: Dead Bird Brewing Co. (1726 Dr. William Finlayson St.)
​🐾 The Vibe: We're joining Friends of MADACC for limited edition beer, local vendors, and adoptable pups!

​🍔 Event 2: Paws on the Patio
​⏰ Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
​📍 Where: The Brick Pub & Grill
​🐾 The Vibe: Live music with Phil Norby, tons of amazing local rescue groups, and great patio weather to raise some much-needed funds for the pups!

​Stop by our tables, grab some gear, meet our volunteers, and help us keep doing this vital work for outdoor and tethered dogs in our community.

Let’s make this Saturday count! 🐶❤️

A few days ago, we were alerted to a super friendly, sweet cat living outside who is extremely pregnant.

Knowing the dangers and hardships of a mama trying to give birth and raise babies on the streets, our team immediately jumped into action.

​We are so incredibly happy to say that she was successfully caught last night! 🙌❤️

​She is now warm, safe, and making her way to one of our wonderful foster homes. She will never have to worry about where her next meal is coming from, and she is officially safe from the harsh elements of the outdoors.

​This will be her very first taste of the safe, pampered life—and her absolute last litter ever. 🍼✨

​We can’t wait to watch her and her babies flourish in foster care and eventually find the forever homes they truly deserve.

Thank you to everyone on our team who dropped everything to get her safe!❤️

🌟 From Starved to Stunning: Esme’s Glow-Up! 🌟

​This sweet girl is doing absolutely amazing! It is truly mind-blowing to see how far she has come in such a short time. Just look at her now! 😍

​While we are still unsure of her exact age, she is definitely still a puppy—full of love, curiosity, and resilience.

Esme is a total social butterfly who gets along wonderfully with other dogs and absolutely everyone she meets.

​✨ Big News: The best news of all, Esme already has an adopter and will be going to her forever home in July!❤️

​🐾 ​We want to send a massive shout-out and a heartfelt thank you to her incredible foster family. The dedication and love you’ve poured into her recovery is the reason she’s thriving. We truly cannot save these animals without amazing people like you!
