Make AWE Your ART STOP!

Artists Working in Education (AWE) is excited to be part of Historic Milwaukee’s Doors Open event this Saturday!

As you explore the many places and spaces that make Milwaukee such a vibrant community, make AWE your ART STOP!

Stop by our studio to learn more about AWE’s community-based visual arts programs and the young people, artists, and neighborhood partners who help shape our work.

You’ll also get a sneak peek at a prototype for an upcoming Roadway Art project on Vliet Street—a project inspired by ideas and input from AWE’s young participants and the Washington Park and Martin Drive communities.

We’re excited to open our doors, share what we’ve been working on, and give you a glimpse of what’s coming next!
