My 5th and final vision is called …. “Risky Business”

When you read about the men & woman like Joshua & Caleb, Moses & Abraham, Deborah & Queen Esther in the bible… These are just a few of the “Risk Takers” listed in the bible.

You hear the voice of GOD “BE BRAVE, BE COURAGES” do not fear, I will lead you with my mighty right hand. So those daring to venture out of the "Safe Zone" swim out to where the water is much cooler & much deeper.

They dive deep below the surface, where most of the BIG FISH swim. It’s dark there and you can’t see with your natural eyes where you're going but you continue to follow the leading of the LORD.

The sounds on the beach now have disappeared. So, you dive deeper way below the surface & GO where few others have ventured. NO other sounds can be heard there, so you GO to that deep, cool, dark quiet place in order to hear the quiet whispers of the Holy Spirit.

You are now swimming where the BIG FISH swim, the bible says “You are a NEW creature in Christ put away your old life" So, stop hanging around the shallow waters, and people in your life even church friends, that are holding you back from going deeper.

Put your trust & faith in the LORD & HIS promises. Commit to studying the WORD of GOD and let the HOLY SPIRIT mold and shape you into this NEW creature the bible talks about.

Let HIM direct your next step. You mission & goal is now to be a “True Disciple” and lead others to Jesus Christ. If GOD is calling you to help serve, teach & train others to FOLLOW HIM, then share that with someone in the Arise and GO Ministries?

You could be the next candidate on the Traveling Train Team.

2 Timothy 4:5 “be watchful in all things, endure afflictions do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry ”

The Fourth Vison I had is called "Trust ME"

“At this level Courage & Bravery is starting to form. The swimmers put their heads under the water, but quickly pop up again, feeling brave & a little more confident, they believe they can swim under the water, but still stay & play in the “SAFE ZONE” – always obeying the signs posted on the beach, “DO NOT” swim beyond these ropes.

The Holy Spirit may be leading you to swim beyond the ropes. He may be leading you someplace NEW or asking you to TRUST HIM, even though you’re not quite sure where HE is leading you.

Proverbs 3:5-6 says… “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge HIM, and HE will direct your path” So, you claim that scripture and repeat it over/over again, especially when Patty Panic comes knocking on your door.

I must ask myself, “Am I willing to TRUST the voice of the LORD and take the RISK of letting GO of whatever is holding me back & leaving my comfort zone. It’s not an easy decision to abandon a job, or a career or even a ministry that you’ve been investing in for a long time. When Jesus called the 12 disciples HE said, “Come Follow ME” so they put their TRUST in HIM & immediately left their boats to follow HIM & started on a brand-new journey.

GOD is calling the church to launch out into the deep, to pay attention to the voice of the HOLY SPIRIT and trust HIM to lead you. Remember your calling & your assignment is pivotal (essential) for the advancement of the kingdom.

Do not look at the mountain that is in front of you or the battle that you might be facing, for this battle is not yours but mine says the LORD.

Trust GOD to go a little deeper and allow HIM to give you the step by step instructions that you will need for this next level.

My Third Vision ….called “The Safe Zone”

In this 3rd vision I saw a few people walk out into the “Deeper Water” but would NOT go all the way under the water, they kept their head above water were they could still see what’s going on all around them, they were content swimming back/forth in the SAFE ZONE – where the ropes suggest don’t swim beyond this point.

Lifeguards know where the drop off point in the water is and so they put ropes & markers in the water – they know that if you swim or GO beyond the ropes, you're taking a RISK and putting your own life and even others in the danger zone.

There are people in the church who live & walk in the “Safe Zone” – always playing it safe, never wanting to venture out into something NEW, they struggle with leaving their comfort zone. When the HOLY SPIRIT challenges them to “GO Deeper” they struggle with that spirit of FEAR & ANXIETY and don’t you know it, but sister PATTY PANIC sits right next to them, stopping them from going any further into the deep.

Esther 4:14 “for if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will ARISE for the JEWS from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this”

Esther took a risk – she had to step out of the Safe Zone, knowing that her own life was in jeopardy, but it was her "Such a TIME as this" moment and it was her TIME to Level UP & take a risk.

2nd VISION.... called “Fear Of Failure”

In this vision, I saw a few people step into the water, to test it, but always staying in the shallow part, just ankle deep or maybe right below the knee – but they quickly run back onto shore if the waves splash to high upon them, they are unsure if they want to GO any deeper & certainly don’t want to get wet.

A spirit of FEAR, PANIC & ANXIETY stops them from going any further - they are NOT ready to GO into the Deeper Waters.

NOT everyone but some just watch others in the church launching out into the deep - they want to join them but don’t have the faith or confidence in themselves.

Someone in the church may be encouraging you to “Step into the Deeper Waters” or your Pastor may ask you to help lead in some way or maybe challenge you to do something that you have never done before. But Fear, Panic & Anxiety strike, you don’t feel qualified to do the task.

YET, you sense the Holy Spirit tugging at your heart – you want to “MOVE FORWARD” but you wrestle with the challenge of “Going Deeper” in the water. A spirit of Fear & Timidity stop you from “Going any Deeper” so your content to stay and play in the shallow water and watch the little minnows swim at your feet.

2 Timothy 1:7 “GOD has not given us spirit of fear (anxiety, panic, worry) timidity (shyness, cowardness) but of power (energy, strength, control) love & sound mind (sensible thinking brain) ”

GOD has given us the ability to understand and make right decisions - What is GOD asking you to do that the spirit of fear said you can't do?

The devil is a liar it's TIME to Level UP my friend.

For the NEXT 5 days let me share a Vision I had...

First VISION called .... “Just Hanging Around”

In this vision I saw crowds of people on a beach, it was a hot beautiful sunny day. I saw children playing in the sand, just laughing, and having fun.

Others were laying in the sun just relaxing, reading & listening to music, and watching others swim and play in the water. They were watching the waves going in/out by the shoreline, but they themselves were content just sitting on the beach – some call it, people watching.

These are the people you might see in the church “Just hanging around” not really getting involved or engaged in the deeper things of GOD. They enjoy the fellowship with others & feel good that they made the effort to attend church that day. You may see them one week, but the next week you wonder where they are?

Its summertime after all, people go on vacation, there are parties to attend, we have family gatherings, sports events and other commitments that seem to take priority in our lives.

I’ll attend church if nothing else is going on – but what about when it’s NOT convenient – I must ask myself, where is my commitment? Have I lost my first love?

Revelation 2:4 - speaks to the church of Ephesus “I have this against you, that you have left your first love”

As a man/woman fall in love they experience enthusiasm (passion, eagerness) If we are not careful, we can lose that same enthusiasm/zeal for God as time goes on

V-5 says ....work as you did before return to that zeal (passion, fervor) you once had but since you are merely lukewarm (halfhearted, indifferent) I will spit you out of my mouth”

Lukewarm water is unacceptable – it unpalatable and distasteful let us NOT be “The Church” who doesn’t’ take a stand for anything or just hangs around and does nothing

We must be about the Fathers Business - Its TIME 2 Level UP
