We are extremely grateful for this generous gift from Rocket Community Fund.

“The generous gift moves us one step closer to our goal of offering this program for a total of 15 years. The fund keeps a promise to residents that they can remain in their homes and continue to strengthen and solidify Milwaukee neighborhoods.”

Thank you RCF and MKE United ( plus our incredible partners- The City of Milwaukee, LISC Milwaukee (Local Initiatives Support Corporation), Greater Milwaukee Foundation, Greater Milwaukee Urban League, Medical College of Wisconsin)

This is a huge accomplishment for all involved to avert the devastation that would have resulted from inaction. We appreciate all who have actively participated in the conversations over the last several months.

The GMC invites you to celebrate our 75th Anniversary!

We already miss you, Tony, but know right where to find you so we can collaborate on creating a Greater Milwaukee. Congratulations and best of luck!

On today, we say goodbye to MKE United's Director, Tony Panciera, who has committed over six years championing the important work of the MKE United initiative at the Greater Milwaukee Committee.

He led the strategic direction of MKE United to implement a shared and inclusive vision of the Greater Downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods. During this transition, we will continue upholding our collaborative partnership to advance strategies in economic and community development, housing, and civic engagement.

Tony will still play a role in making a difference in our community, in his new position focused on overseeing policy development at the Milwaukee County Office of Equity.

Thank you for your authentic leadership, Tony! You will truly be missed!

"The group points out that from 1993-2021, state income tax collections rose from $3.5 billion to $9 billion. On the other hand, shared revenue to Milwaukee fell from $245 million to $229 million. If those payments had kept pace with inflation, the city would be receiving $385 million today."
