The new pollinator garden is planted! Thanks to all 30 folks that helped make this happen throughout the day today! A little sweat, a little patience, and a lot of good attitudes made this a very good day at the park.

Our next show is Thursday June 11th with Samuel Catral and Evan Christian!

Evan Christian picked up the guitar by ear as a teenager and never looked back, developing into one of the most sought-after solo performers in Milwaukee, with a sound that moves fluidly between jazz and flamenco. Samuel Catral is a Milwaukee original, a jazz guitarist known for soulful playing that balances technical depth with genuine feeling.

The two have been finding their way into each other’s musical orbit for a couple of years now, and what started as a natural friendship between players has grown into a real collaboration, one where two distinct voices have learned to listen closely and bring out the best in each other.

What a night.
Last Friday's Jazz at the Vine was something special — and honestly, our biggest crowd yet. We were thrilled to partner with Bayview Jazz Fest for the evening, and the energy was electric from start to finish.

We opened with two incredible student combos — one from The Prairie School and one from the Milwaukee Jazz Institute — and watching that young talent on stage reminded us exactly why this series exists. A big thank you to Mindpool Live for sponsoring our first night!

Then KASE closed the show with their signature electronic improvisational jazz, and the crowd was all in. Beautiful weather, beautiful people.

We have added a Milwaukee Jazz Institue combo to our lineup for Jazz at the Vine - Bay View Jazz Fest !

We are also collecting gfood for Hunger Task Force, Inc. at all of our events this year! When choosing items to donate from the grocery store shelf, think about fruit packed in its own juice; low- and no-salt vegetables; low-fat dairy foods; lean meats and whole-grain foods.
