Halyard Park Neighborhood Association recently voted in new officers, including Markasa Tucker-Harris, President, Xavier Warren, Vice President, Tammy McKinney, Secretary, and Harrison Addison, re-elected as Treasurer.

Residents also recently fellowshipped during a neighborhood cookout. Residents pitched in, flyered the neighborhood, called their neighbors, brought desserts, side dishes, games, family, and neighbors to our cookout.

We were also excited to connect with the neighboring businesses and organizations, including:

Huge shout-out to Daniel and Antionette from Garfield's 502. They supported us with the outdoor lounge space, grilling, fried chicken, and volunteering.

We were grateful to our community partners that also joined us, including Mr. Greg Wesley, President and CEO of the Greater Milwaukee Foundation, Bregetta Wilson, President & CEO with YWCA Southeast Wisconsin, Kimberly Eubanks, Human Resources Director and Events Consultant with America's Black Holocaust Museum, Santana Lee, who stepped in and helped serve, and State Representative Kalan Haywood

Our next neighborhood meeting is September 30, 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. If you aren't on the email list and you're a Halyard Park resident or business/organization in the neighborhood, please let us know.
