Got PTSD? If you change some things, you can gain back your peace of mind, and strength for the fight. Eat fats, nuts, seeds, oils, and carbs. Add Avocado oil, Sunflower oil, Grape seed oil and Coconut oil to every meal. Add oatmeal, ancient grains, ancient seeds and nuts to every single day and eat fruits and vegetables. Slowly cut down on all chemicals. Get chemical free and fill yourself with cell building nutrition. It will change everything about how you feel about every single day. Do it slowly and be nice to yourself while you do it. You will recover your health. Don't give up. You are not alone and you can do it.

Attention All Veterans: You are about to see the biggest Koch brothers wish come true as the Trump administration has been secretly meeting (without letting ANY Veterans groups in on the scam) to privatize veterans health care.

Veterans and their organizations need to fight back against this attempt to put more money in the pockets of private hospitals, doctors and pharmaceutical companies. This administration is slowly and secretly destroying the promise that our government made to veterans when they entered the military.

On this day in U.S. SOF history.......28 June 2005: During the battle of Operation Red Wings three Navy SEALs — Lt. Michael Murphy and Petty Officers Danny Dietz and Matt Axelson — were killed during a covert mission in Afghanistan. Eight SEALs and eight Army Night Stalkers also died when their rescue helicopter was shot down. The events of the ill-fated mission were chronicled in the book “Lone Survivor” by Marcus Luttrell, which was adapted into a film of the same name.
