Prevention Community Event: Friday, September 18, from 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM.
Location:
Pathfinders, 4200 N. Holton Street, Suite 405 (in the parking lot)
This event is designed to bring our community together in a fun, welcoming, and meaningful way while increasing access to vital resources. Our goal is to create a low-barrier space where individuals and families can connect with services, build relationships with community partners, and learn about homeless prevention and available supports in a fun and engaging environment.
