Tune in to listen/watch the city of Milwaukee’s vote on the shared revenue tax

The Milwaukee Common Council is scheduled to vote on Tuesday on whether or not to raise the city sales tax. That tax will decide whether the city falls off of a fiscal cliff or backs away from one.

As a Milwaukee native, I still live on the block I grew up on. I am a graduate of Rufus King H.S. and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

After earning a law degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, I practiced as a Public Defender. Eventually, I opened Taylor and Associates Law Office, a general practice firm in Milwaukee, before going to the legislature.

I am ready to serve our community on day one.

Today is the last day to register to vote by mail or online in the Spring Election!

Today, March 17, 2021, is the last day to register to vote by mail or online for the Spring Election. After 11:59 p.m. today, electors must register in person at the municipal clerk's office or at the polls on Election Day (April 6, 2021).
