There are so many young men and women walking around with invisible wounds from childhood trauma — carrying shame, anger, fear, and silence. I know what that feels like. And I also know that healing is possible.

That’s why I created Lift Up Organization — a space dedicated to helping the next generation heal emotionally, rebuild self-worth, and rediscover their purpose. Through group coaching, support, and resources, Lift Up is here to remind you that your past does not define your future.

You are not defined by the pain of your past. Though your childhood may have been marked by trauma, you have the strength to rise above it. Every day is a chance to rewrite your story, to build resilience, and to create a future filled with hope. Remember, healing is a journey, not a destination. You are brave, you are strong, and you are worthy of love and happiness.
