We're grateful for State Farm's support which has been pivotal to sustaining our housing and economic development work with local partners. Brew City Match Partners, the Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce, Historic King Drive Bid, and VIA Community Development Corporation, deployed a blend of Brew City Match loan capital and State Farm-funded grant support to eligible corridor projects in three of the six Brew City Match target corridors. The Brew City Match Corridor Growth Opportunity program catalyzes commercial revitalization within eligible corridors by combining:

💠$250,000 in loan capital through the Hmong Chamber, utilizing Brew City Match Funds.
💠Up to $10,000 in matching grants per project through LISC Milwaukee and State Farm.

Additionally, in 2026, State Farm's investment powered the ongoing work of the Reclaiming Our Neighborhoods (RON) Coalition initiative. State Farm provided the investment that funds the Regird Parcel Data App. RON Coalition neighborhood partners use the app to conduct housing condition surveys in targeted Milwaukee neighborhoods and train local residents, strengthening community engagement and data-driven decision-making.

Together, we’ve worked to transform communities across the country by connecting people with the opportunities they need to thrive. Over the last nearly three decades, this collaboration has helped:

🏠 Build and preserve over 91K affordable homes
💼 Support 11,800 local businesses
🏗️ Develop 27.8M sq. ft. of community and commercial space (including schools, health centers, and grocery stores)
🌱 Support 285,700 people to improve their incomes, savings and long-term financial outlook

And we aren’t stopping there. We're thrilled to announce that State Farm is continuing its long-time commitment to our mission with a new $1.8M grant.
