The Wisconsin Dentistry Examining Board recently proposed a rule that could violate dentists’ First Amendment speech rights by letting the American Dental Association have final say over which dentists can speak certain words in their advertisements.

Similar regulations in other states have already been deemed a First Amendment violation. WILL submitted a public comment letting the Board know their proposed rule needs to be dropped or redrafted to comply with the First Amendment.

It’s never too early to get involved in the rulemaking process to stop a bad rule before it ever takes effect. Read more below.

In 2015, Wisconsin paired work requirements with food stamps and over 28,000 people found jobs. It’s time to bring that same success to public housing. 🏠

This rule will not only reward work but it will open up housing space for the next family in need. Learn more below:

Over 300,000 Wisconsinites choose freelance and gig work for flexibility and economic freedom.

WILL submitted a comment letter to support a new, fairer standard that will let Wisconsin workers—not the feds—choose their own career path. Read more ⬇️
