I first met Phil Blank when he retired from MATC in 1992. But retirement for Phil meant full-time labor and social activism with AFT Local 212. Over the next 30+ years, he set an example for younger members and hardly ever missed an event. We remember and celebrate Phil Blank for a lifetime of service to his community — ¡Presente!
