Coaches assist members in assessing their likes and interests, creating a plan, selecting the right experiences, and completing the necessary paperwork. They ensure youth members stay on track and live up to the expectations and requirements by monitoring their profiles, volunteering with student members, evaluating student professionalism and effort, and providing training.
