🎃👻 Calling all Scouts and Scouters... we need YOUR creativity! 👻🎃

Three Harbors Council is looking for an original design for the 2026 Haunted Hayride Patch, and we want to see what you can create!

Your design should capture the Halloween spirit, energy, and excitement of Scouting while following these requirements:

✅ Include the Scouting Fleur-de-lis, Three Harbors Council and 2026
✅ Feature something Halloween-themed and Scouting appropriate
✅ Must fit the approved 3 inch circle or square size (actual size, including border, is 5”w x 2”h)

🏕 Open to all Scouts and Scouters in Three Harbors Council!

📅 Submission Deadline: June 15, 2026
🏆 The winning design will be revealed on August 1, 2026, and the winner will receive a special edition ghosted version of the patch!

🚨 All current Youth Protection Training (YPT) certifications expire on Sunday, May 31, 2026. YPT has been replaced by Safeguarding Youth Training, and all registered Scouting America volunteers must complete the updated training to continue serving. 🚨

Scouting America is committed to providing a safe, high-quality program for every youth member, and that starts with trained adult leaders.

🎉 Celebrating 40 Years of Scouting the Zoo & your tickets are on the move! 🎟️

SCOUT OFFICE PICKUP — All pickup orders are packed and ready at the Scout Service Center (330 S. 84th St., Milwaukee).

MAIL — All “Please mail my tickets” orders (placed by May 18) were sent out yesterday via USPS.

COMBINE — If your unit leader chose MAIL, your tickets were mailed to them. If they chose PICKUP, your tickets were bundled with their packet.
