This auction package will keep you on your toes!

A voucher for two tickets to a Milwaukee Ballet performance during the 2026-2027 season and a gift certificate for a one-night stay in a custom deluxe suite at the Iron Horse Hotel.
Details:

Ballet tickets exclude The Nutcracker.
Available show dates to be mutually agreed upon, as available.
Voucher must be redeemed at least two weeks prior to opening night of requested show.

Seats will be placed at the discretion of the Milwaukee Ballet.
Voucher is not valid for Mezzanine level or Premium Aisle seats.

For many of the wide crowd scenes of the climactic game in "Major League," there were more than 20,000 extras in the stands. When the team first ran onto the field with the crowd roaring, Actor Dennis Haysbert said he was emotionally overwhelmed by the experience.

WILD "Major League" movie trivia:

Real-life relief pitcher Mitch Williams (with the Cubs at the time of "Major League's" release) started to model himself after Charlie Sheen’s character.

Williams began to wear the number 99 and had "Wild Thing" played when entering games, earning the nickname "Wild Thing."

The tradition of relief pitchers, mainly closers, having their own intro songs was largely inspired by this film.

🌳 🎶 What a beautiful way to close out our Music in Lake Park season!

A HUGE thank you to Mama Said String Band for bringing the perfect energy to our final Wednesday of the summer. The weather was beautiful, the music was fantastic, and the dance “floor” was FULL!There was so much joy in the park, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to wrap up the season.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this summer — whether you came every week or made it out once or twice. You danced, you listened, you brought your families and friends, and you helped make these evenings what they are: a celebration of music, community, and Lake Park.
