Yesterday, members of our Youth Transitioning to Adulthood program traveled to Madison to participate in “Hands Around the Capitol.”

This annual public awareness and advocacy event brings together young people, parents, kinship caregivers, and community partners to build shared understanding and shine a light on the needs of children, youth, and families involved in or at risk of involvement in out-of-home care.

We are proud to be part of this important partner collaboration and to support our YTA young adults as they uplift lived experience, advocate for meaningful change, and work toward strengthening children, families, and communities across Wisconsin.

Wellpoint Care Network is seeking a Spanish speaking family for a curious and energetic 7-year-old boy. We are seeking a licensed, trauma-informed foster home where patience is prevalent. He loves playing outside, riding his bike, and exploring new things.
