Alright, Rummage sale hosts and shoppers, it's shaping up to be a beautiful, sunny day on Saturday for the AGNA Annual Rummage Sale! 80 degrees and sunny! ☀😎

Feel free to post here what you are selling, what you are ISO (in search of), etc. and don't forget to stop by our Info Table at 215 E Bolivar for our map, as well as info on at least 2 upcoming neighborhood events!

EXTRA! EXTRA! Read all about it!
What you've all been waiting for, the annual AGNA Rummage Sale map!

Printed copies will be distributed to participating houses in the upcoming week, and available at our info table. Or scan the QR code and use on your phone.

If you'd still like to get on the (virtual) map, there's still time! Send us your address and 6.00 via PayPal at [email protected]. We appreciate it, as this allows us to advertise this event and do other fun AGNA stuff.

New this year! If you have a flyer for an upcoming event in the neighborhood, bring it over to our info table - we're willing to help you spread the word on fun stuff in our area.

Reminder! Get your AGNA Rummage Registration in!

Summer is on its way and that means registration for the Annual AGNA Rummage Sale is officially open! The rummage sale is, as always, the first Saturday in June.
Saturday June 6, 8am to 3pm.

Get your address on the map before Wednesday, May 27 at NOON. Any submissions after noon on 5/27.

We have 2 ways to pay:
1. Drop off your 5.00 in cash along with your address & email at the lock box at 233 E. Bolivar Ave. -The lock box is located near the garage on the Austin side.

2. Send $6.00 via PayPal to [email protected] - please list your address in the Notes section.

This will get your address on the map, and help us pay for printing, PayPal fees, and more fun AGNA events!

Also, we will be having an Info Table during the rummage; we'd love to have volunteers help work the table. Shifts are 2 hours and involves handing out maps and possibly selling water and a few snacks. Please email us if you're interested.

Maps will be created and made available to rummage participants before the event and will be available on the Airport Garden Neighborhood Association's Facebook & Instagram pages and our website AGNAMKE.COM.

As a reminder, The Airport Gardens Neighborhood represents neighbors living: south of Howard, east of Howell, west of Whitnall and north of Layton. Major Intersections are Howell/Howard & Layton/Howell.

We do limit participants to our boundaries. Thank you for understanding.

Hey neighbors!
Just a heads up that A.E. Burdick School's spring concert is taking place tomorrow, Thursday May 14th at 6pm. 🎼

🚧There's a lot of construction on Griffin right now, so please plan accordingly and just know that a lot of cars will be arriving between 5:30pm and 6pm.

Neighbors, perhaps try to avoid Griffin if at all possible during this window of time. 🚗🚕

Burdick parents, grandparents and other concertgoers - PLEASE be respectful of the neighbors. Don't park in front of driveways or and be mindful when coming to and from the concert.

Flor de Piña Mexican Restaurant is finally open! We're so excited to welcome them to the neighborhood!

One of the AGNA Board members visited last night and is excited to report that the food is delicious! They are having a few temporary issues with their Point of Sale, so they're taking Venmo & cash right now.

New restaurant alert! The Bad Piggy is scheduled to be open in February at the old Campbell's/ Packy's space.

Operating as a food truck since 2021, The Bad Piggy is moving into a permanent space on Howell Avenue this winter.

When you're ready to take down the tree and the wreath, consider dropping them off at 6th and Norwich for mulching. The mulch helps keep this community space looking great!

Reminder we are collecting trees, wreaths and lights for our annual tree mulching on January 10 from 10am-noon. Can't make it that day, there is an area set up on S. 6th and W. Norwich to leave trees and lights from now until January 10.
