We want to extend a sincere thank you to the communities reaching out to the Wisconsin State Fire Chiefs Association to learn more about hosting a regional **Modern Day Recruiter** class.
Recruitment in the fire and EMS service has changed, and it is encouraging to see departments proactively looking for better ways to market, interview, hire, and onboard today’s workforce.

Through funding provided by the **FEMA SAFER Grant**, these three-hour classes are offered **at no cost** to host departments or attendees. Plus, you can receive FREE PPE and health screening for your new hires.
