Revitalize Milwaukee Transforming Communities: Home by Home, Block by Block

The target population that Revitalize Milwaukee focuses on is low-income elderly, individuals with disabilities, and veterans who own homes in the Greater Milwaukee area. In Milwaukee, persons over age 60 make up slightly more than 30% of the entire population and thirty-eight percent of those live in low-income households.
