I am honored to serve as a Keynote Speaker and Breakout Session Facilitator at the 2026 OCFS Anti-Trafficking Summit in Albany, New York.
For more than 20 years, I have worked at the intersection of training, leadership, advocacy, lived experience, prevention, healing, and community impact—and for more than a decade, I have specialized in developing and delivering training that equips professionals to better understand and respond to exploitation, trauma, human trafficking, and the complex systems surrounding vulnerable populations.
As a nationally recognized trainer, author, speaker, and lived-experience leader, my work is sought by organizations and multidisciplinary professionals seeking training that is not simply informational, but transformational—training that challenges perspectives, strengthens practice, and creates pathways toward meaningful change.
At this year’s Summit, I will deliver my keynote and facilitate a breakout session focused on:
Familial Human Trafficking: Breaking DNA Bonds, Understanding Barriers, and Building Pathways to Healing
This work is deeply personal and professionally purposeful. My approach brings together lived experience, professional expertise, trauma-informed practice, and more than two decades of community-centered leadership to help professionals recognize the realities of exploitation and respond with greater understanding, intentionality, and impact.
I am especially excited to stand on this platform in Albany, New York, alongside professionals committed to advancing the work of anti-trafficking across systems and communities.
And this is only one part of the work.
I develop customized trainings for multidisciplinary audiences working with women, men, boys, girls, youth, and adults who have experienced exploitation—or who may be at heightened risk of trafficking and victimization. My training portfolio can be tailored to the unique needs of agencies, organizations, schools, communities, and professional teams.
This is the work. This is the assignment. And I am grateful for the opportunity to continue answering the call.
