ALS WI Chapter Young Professionals Group

ALS WI Chapter Young Professionals Group Get involved with the ALS WI Chapter’s Young Professionals Group. This group works together to raise awareness for ALS, fundraise for events and volunteer.

The group is organized specifically with young professionals in mind and our programming will reflect this, but there are no professional requirements to join or specific age limits. We anticipate meeting in a fun and interesting location, probably four times per year to discuss topics of interest to the group. In addition to the four meetings per year, we will encourage you to attend at least two

of the ALS Association's fundraising events. Some of the events held annually that appeal to a younger audience include the Chasin' A Cure Brewer Tailgate party, Hal's Harley Davidson Toast to Hope, or the ALS Kentucky Derby party. We will encourage you to bring a friend or friends to any events that appeal to you, but these are examples of some of the more reasonably priced events that appeal to a younger crowd. This is the only "fundraising" that we anticipate you will do for the organization at this time. Any additional fundraising that you are able to do for the organization would be appreciated but there will be no pressure or expectation to fund raise beyond our hope that you will participate in these events. There are no fees to join our group and no long term commitments. We hope you and your friends will find your philanthropic involvement with our organization very rewarding, making this the beginning of a long term relationship with the ALS Association.
