Happy Father’s Day to all the incredible dads, grandfathers, and father figures in our community! 💙
A father’s guidance, wisdom, and love shape the future in ways words can’t fully express.

As Proverbs 23:24 reminds us, there is great joy in watching children grow in wisdom and righteousness.

Today, we celebrate your strength, your sacrifices, and the godly foundation you build for your families every single day.

Join us in celebrating the upcoming beatification of Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen, whose life of missionary zeal, evangelization, and unwavering faith continues to inspire Catholics around the world.

On September 24, 2026, Archbishop Sheen will be beatified at The Dome at America's Center in St. Louis, Missouri, a historic moment for the Church in the United States. Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle will preside at the Beatification Mass on behalf of Pope Leo XIV.

As part of the Pontifical Mission Societies and World Mission Ministries, we rejoice in the witness of a man who dedicated his life to proclaiming the Gospel and supporting the Church's mission to all nations. Sheen himself served as National Director of the Pontifical Mission Societies in the United States, making this celebration especially meaningful for our missionary family.

May Archbishop Sheen's example encourage us to be missionary disciples, bringing Christ's love to our communities and to the ends of the earth.

📺 Unable to attend in person? A livestream of the Beatification Mass will be available, and we will share viewing information as it becomes available.

Today is the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, one of the great feasts of June and one of the oldest devotions in the Church.

This week we are sitting with what his open heart asks of us, not just as a personal prayer but as a community. A heart that gave everything, that turned toward the world before the world ever turned back, is the heart our mission tries to follow.

Save the prayer on the second image and take it into your week. Where is your heart being called to turn this week?

This summer, our seminarians are participating in the Culture and Mission Immersion Program in the Dominican Republic at La Sagrada Familia Parish in Sabana Yegua.

Through living with local families, serving alongside the parish community, and sharing in the daily life of the Church, they will deepen their understanding of different cultures and grow in their ability to proclaim the Gospel across cultural boundaries. This experience is not simply a mission trip—it is an opportunity for formation, encounter, and learning how Christ is present in every culture and community.

Please keep our seminarians, their host families, and the people of La Sagrada Familia Parish in your prayers throughout this summer.

A place of healing, hope, and dignity. ❤️

We are grateful to share this look inside the newly expanded Health Center at La Sagrada Familia Parish in Sabana Yegua, Dominican Republic. Through the dedication of local staff, parish leaders, volunteers, and generous supporters, the center provides essential healthcare services including general medicine, dentistry, laboratory services, pharmacy access, and rehabilitative care for families throughout the region.

For 45 years, World Mission Ministries and the Archdiocese of Milwaukee have partnered with La Sagrada Familia to accompany communities in faith and service. This Health Center expansion strengthens access to quality healthcare for children, the elderly, Haitian migrants, and other vulnerable populations.

Thank you to everyone whose prayers, generosity, and support help make this mission possible.

We join our brothers and sisters in our Milwaukee Twinning Parishes in prayer as communities in Uganda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo continue to face the challenges of the ongoing Ebola outbreak.

This recent radio interview features Deacon Gary and Dr. Cindy Jones-Nosacek, who recently returned from Uganda share firsthand insight into the obstacles facing healthcare workers and local communities. We ask for prayers for all those affected, for healthcare providers on the front lines, and for a swift and effective response to contain the outbreak. 🙏
