Today I celebrate my incredible wife Jessica, who pours so much love, strength, grace, and faith into our family every single day. Watching you love our family is one of the greatest blessings of my life. Our kids are blessed to call you mom, and I’m blessed to walk through life beside you.

I also want to honor my mother-in-law Tami. Thank you for your love, support, wisdom, and the countless ways you continue to show up and fiercely fight for your family. Your impact reaches farther than you probably realize, and I am so grateful for you.

Lastly, today I remember my mama. Since losing her in 2020, Mother’s Day has never been the same. The tears I cry today, I welcome. That hasn’t always been the case. Those tears remind me that I loved deeply and was loved unconditionally by someone who helped shape who I am. Grief is the price we pay for love, and I would rather carry the tears than have never experienced that kind of love at all. Thank you mama for all your sacrifices, and never ending hope and encouragement you gave.

To everyone celebrating today, grieving today, missing someone today, or simply trying to make it through today… you are not alone. Love leaves fingerprints on our hearts that never fade. ❤️ Love to all you mothers out there who continue to show up and show out.

Easter Sunday isn’t just a moment in history—it’s the greatest victory story ever told.

Three days after the cross, the tomb was empty. Jesus didn’t rise immediately—and that matters. He waited three days to fulfill prophecy, to leave no doubt that He was truly dead, and to demonstrate that even in what feels like silence… God is still working. In those three days, it looked like darkness had won. But on the third day, heaven responded.

His resurrection wasn’t random—it was promised. From the Old Testament to the moment He stepped out of the grave, Jesus fulfilled what God had spoken all along. The plan was always redemption. The plan was always victory.

And because He rose, everything changed.

We no longer need a mediator behind a curtain. We no longer have to wonder if we’re worthy enough. We no longer have to strive to earn eternal life.

Because of Jesus, we now have direct access to the Father.

He is our Great High Priest. He is the bridge. He is the resurrection and the life.

Today, we celebrate not just that He died—but that He LIVES.

And because He lives… we have hope, we have freedom, and we have eternal life.

He is risen. He is risen indeed.

Jesus willingly carried the weight of our sin to the cross, choosing suffering so that we could be set free. In His darkest moment, He displayed the greatest love the world has ever known—laying down His life so that we might have eternal life. His sacrifice was not just an act of pain, but a powerful declaration of grace, mercy, and redemption. Because of Him, our past does not define us, our failures do not hold us, and our future is filled with hope.

Today, we pause with hearts full of gratitude—thankful for His sacrifice, His love, and the gift of salvation we could never earn on our own. Through His wounds, we are healed—and through His sacrifice, we are given new life.
