Please join me in congratulating Owen Carlson on earning his Eagle Scout Rank on July 15, 2026. Owen is a member of Troop 522. For his Eagle project, he improved and updated the community space at Columbus Garden. This included replacing benches, replacing the pathway borders, landscaping and butterfly houses.

Please join me in congratulating Emilia Lawler on receiving her Eagle Scout Rank on September 12, 2026. Emmy is a member of Troop 1865G. For her Eagle project, she built a series of fitness stations on the walking trails around Lake Andrea in Kenosha. This aids in stretching and mobility during their hike.

Never Forget 9/11 – 25 Years Remembrance Volunteer Opportunity

📍UW Parkside: 900 Wood Rd, Kenosha, WI, 53144

On Saturday, September 5th at 1pm volunteers will help place 2977 mini American flags along the main entrance area of campus. Each flag will honor and represent each individual who was lost on 9/11.

On Saturday, September 12th at 1pm volunteers will help remove the flags

This event is a meaningful way to recognize the 25th anniversary of 9/11, honor those who passed, and a great way for Scouts to show up in the community.

Please join me in congratulating Ian Rastall on receiving his Eagle Scout Rank on August 15, 2026. Ian is a member of Troop 372. For his Eagle project, he designed and built renovations to the children's area at the Waterford Public Library. This included educational and physical features that focused on child fun and development.
