Another year in the books, we will update with pictures and totals of how much was raised very soon. In the meantime we want to thank all of our sponsors, everyone that donated for the event, all the volunteers and lastly all the participants for the Run/Walk. We hope you all had a great time and hope to see you all for 2027...

Today is the day everyone for the 2026 Grant Heffelfinger Big Gay 5K Run/Walk Event. Thank you all for donating and/or participating in the event this year. We will start registration around 8:40a today, come join us for coffee. We will start yoga and light stretching around 9:20 and start lining up for the run around 9:50. Runners to the front and walkers to the back. Also, we will have items for Silent Auction, 50/50 Raffle and a raffle prize to give away after 50/50 ticket is drawn. Light snacks to be serve after Award Ceremony. We will have B**r for donations $5 and Soda $2 (Until we run out). 50/50 ticket will be drawn and silent auction closes at 11:30a. No need to be present to win. Lastly, we will have an after party at Pop Bar from 1-3p. Just come in with your shirt and/or BIB for the specials. Weather is supposed to be dry and nice. See you all there and THANK YOU once again.

After the 2026 Grant Heffelfinger Run/Walk at Veteran's Park, come join the fun at Pop Bar located 124 West National Avenue from 1-3p tomorrow Sunday September 27, 2026. If you are a participant from the run/walk, just show your bib and/or your T-shirt for various special noted on flyer...

Tomorrow is the day we are hosting 2026 Grant Heffelfinger Big Gay 5K Run/Walk at Veteran's Park. Come join us, registration starting at 8:30a, Light Yoga/stretching at 9:20a, lining up for the run at 9:50a and run will start promptly at 10a. There will be a 50/50 raffle, few raffle prizes after 50/50 ticket is drawn (No need to be present to win). Also, there are a few silent auction prizes to bid on as well. Light refreshments/snacks after award ceremony. B**r/soda available for donations.

6 Days left, still time to help us reach our goal of 300 Participants, if you are not able to run or walk, please consider making a donation because MGSN is a 501c(3) organization. We will have Ascent Wellness, Vivent Heath to do free testing and light stretching/Yoga before the event. Also there will be snacks and awards ceremony after the run. Lastly, there will be an AFTER Party from 1-3p at Pop Bar located at 124 West National Avenue (there will be drink specials if wearing shirt from the event). Don't miss out on a great event, Ms. Karen Valentine will Emcee the event as well
