Wheelchairs and electronic scooters provide an important function in assisting disabled individuals in accessing American society. With the increased use of e-scooters and other electronic mobility devices by everyone—disabled or otherwise, this webinar explores the ADA's "Other Power-Driven Mobility Devices" requirement. Join in to learn how to verify a mobility device is appropriate and ensure it is required because of disability.

A 2-day training conference with multiple sessions on different aspects and Titles of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) including transition plans, transportation, public right-of-way, digital access, service animals, employment, and effective communication.
