Simple Ways To Stay Positive

- Positive self-talk / affirmations: Just think about being gentle to yourself not saying anything to hurt you. Be able to replace your negative judgement with something positive or declaring who you are and what you stand for!
- Express gratitude: With or without a support system there are many way you can express gratitude. You can express gratitude by just appreciating what you have now and being grateful for your life!
- Associate with positive people: When you surround yourself around positive people it can bring light to you life! It’s okay to talk, laugh and cry with the ones who is close to you.
- Have a consistent routine: When you have a routine it gives you something to look forward to. Just having a schedule build structure in your life and when you have structure it’s brings more energy!
- Acknowledge your thoughts: Acknowledging you thoughts will allow you to actually feel how you’re feeling in the moment and makes you aware of what’s going on around you. Don’t sit in your thoughts allow them to flow, feel them and release.

Hello, meet the mentor!

This foundation is for both parents and youth, letting everyone know that there is more to life than the obstacles we face, I use my real life situations and talk about them from my experience & biblically. I post motivational things and I try to talk about several topics once a month or just being led by God. The main focus is mental health, self-care & self-love. I take prayer request, 15 min advice tickets if you’re dealing with something & need advice or just someone to listen, this is an over the phone service. I created the group based off a sisterhood foundation I started last year on Instagram. After the foundation has expanded, I intend to do more in the community and around the world.
